Client called with water damage concern. His water heater had leaked all thru the night and needed a fast response. Anchor arrived in 45 minutes. Frank took moisture readings, did a water extraction, sprayed anti-microbial and brought in several pieces of air movers and one dehumidifier. Moisture levels were checked for 2 days and then picked up.
