Why did the customer contact us?

This client has hired Anchor several times for their carpet cleaning needs and flood issues. We had cleaned their carpets the week before and the next week the basement flooded from a leaking window well that filled with water.
Air movers and dehumidifier were set up to dry out the area for 3 days. After the area was dried we cleaned the one room of carpet so it was fresh and new.
