Why did the customer contact us?

Stephen was referred to Anchor by a family friend. He woke up and found that the toilets back tank, clean water, had been running overnight on the main floor. He went downstairs and the storage room, mechanical room and one bedroom were affected. also, a small area of the drywall in the frontroom was affected.

Solutions provided:

We responded early the morning of the flood to check on the water damage. The homeowner had most water wiped up and all carpets had the water extracted. Frank assessed the residence and decided it would be best to dry in place. Frank did moisture checks and set air movers and dehumidifiers up where the moisture was high and the areas were dried in place.
