Mold Remediation performed by Anchor Water Damage and Restoration drastically reduces Mold. Mold in low levels surrounds each and every one of us. It’s outside and inside, it’s in our homes, it’s in our businesses. Most of the time we go about our day not even noticing it. Occasionally unique environments foster mold growth to high and unhealthy levels. At these elevated levels Mold, if left untreated, has the potential to be toxic and create health problems.
Mold Remediation requires specialized training and equipment. Anchor Water Damage and Restoration has been helping clients with their mold clean up for over 15 years.

A certified Mold Restoration Technician assesses the extent of the mold contamination.
Using sealed barriers, a containment zone is established. Air scrubbers are placed within the containment zone to create a negative air environment. These containment precautions ensure that mold spores are contained and unable to contaminate additional areas.
All the contaminated areas are removed and disposed of. A professional grade antimicrobial agent is dispersed to kill living mold and block future mold growth. All exposed surfaces are cleaned and decontaminated. Any affected structure is sealed as an additional precaution to prevent future mold growth.
Air Scrubbers continue to run for a minimum of 1 day, to remove any remaining mold spores in the air and area. When it is deemed that mold spore counts are within healthy levels the containment area is taken down, and the air scrubber is removed.
